No.  It was  problem with KDE 4.1 in Intrepid too, which is in any case
irrelevant to the status of this bug.  It is fixed in the development
release of Ubuntu, and so is considered "Fix Released".  For serious
bugs that may qualify for a stable release update (hint: this doesn't)
the appropriate thing to do is nominate for that release.

This is standard Ubuntu policy not related to KDE3/KDE4 discussions, in
this bug is not the place to argue the policy.
