Ok, thanks. There are many "short read" and "corrupted filesystem
tarfile" this is due to either a corrupted archive (problems occured
during download, bad media, ...) or a corrupted filesystem. There's
nothing we can really do with the software to fix this issue, but you
can try the following:

- sudo rm /var/cache/apt/archives/libqt4-gui_4.5.0-0ubuntu4_i386.deb

Then re-upgrading. That should fix your issue.

You may also have to finish the previous failed install with :
$ sudo apt-get upgrade

** Changed in: qt4-x11 (Ubuntu)
       Status: Incomplete => Invalid
