[Bug 374828] [NEW] bad vCard UTf-7 import

Binary package hint: kdepim

VCard files like
BEGIN:VCARD
VERSION:2.1
N;CHARSET=UTF-7:;+BC8-
TEL;CELL:+XXXX
TEL:+XXX
END:VCARD

are import badly. Such files are received from Sony Ericsson phones.
Evolution works fine with this files
