[Bug 376829] [NEW] Application Manuals status is still "Missing" after successful Build Search Index

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: khelpcenter4

To search in KHelpCenter I installed htdig (see bug 19767), clicked
[Build Search Index...] and chose Application Manuals. That completed
successfully and search seems to work, but now whenever I click [Build
Search Index] it still shows Application Manuals with "Missing" in the
"Status" column. I definitely have files in the Index folder location.

The workaround is to quit KHelpCenter and restart it; the Build Search
Index dialog then correctly shows Status OK. I'm not sure why the Build
Search Index dialog doesn't update until you restart.
