Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: kdebase-workspace

When I set USETHEME="false" in /etc/default/kdm.d/10_desktop-base and
restart kdm, I get a much too big cursor in the login screen. It is so
big that I cannot even identify the last character I typed and in some
cases, for example when the last character is /, the cursor covers the
whole character.
