[Bug 470501] [NEW] On upgrade to 9.10 kmail destorys user templates

Public bug reported:

It is around 5th time I loose custom templates in kmail.

But while USUALLY it is when kmail/system crashes (or out of hdd space),

this time this is on upgrade.

After upgrade 9.04 to 9.10 ubuntu, my account setting etc seem to work,
but all my templates (the global ones - Composing - Templates) are lost (are reset back to default).
