[Bug 478646] [NEW] no ipv4 settings tab in vpn(c?) configuration

Binary package hint: plasma-widget-networkmanagement

The gnome nm-applet (network-manager-gnome) allows setting routes and such in an ipv4 settings tab for the vpnc configuration.
This is necessary for me for using the vpnc component, but this tab is missing from the networkmanager applet for Kubuntu.
(I workaround by using the gnome applet, which is of course sub-optimal in Kubuntu ;-).)
