[Bug 478144] [NEW] kcm-gtk settings file is deleted after logout

You have been subscribed to a public bug:

Binary package hint: kcm-gtk

kcm-gtk settings is not persistent. After logging in, the
~/.gtkrc-2.0-kde4 file is missing. I have to open "GTK+ Appearance" in
systemsettings and select the correct Widget style. The file is created
after this.

However, the next time when I log in, the file is missing again.
