[Bug 342881] [NEW] phonon-gstreamer does not support whitespace in filename/path

phonon-backend-gstreamer:

The gstreamer-based backend to phonon has problems with filenames with
whitespace in them due to problems encoding/decoding urls with QUrl.

Output with broken phonon-backend-gstreamer:
"PGST(1): Error: gstfilesrc.c(1018): gst_file_src_start (): /GstPipeline:pipeline0/GstFileSrc:filesrc0:
No such file "/home/revorm/Music/09%20-%20LBA's%20theme.mp3" Message:Resource not found. (Resource not found.) Code:3"

Playback of files with no whitespace in their path play with no trouble.
