Updated to KDE release 4.3.3 on launchpad PPA a few days ago. Seems to
solve this bug, as drag&drop functionality works just fine now. :-)

If it is planned to get this packages into "normal" Kubuntu
repositories, you would want to mark this bug 'fix commited' or
'solved'.
