At the moment, preessing Alt+f1 a couple of times, should work to stop
the flickering, but if u try to adjust brigthness again, the problem
starts all over. I've make disable the power-manager in the startup
applications, but often it get started by some other process and i have
to use the Alt+f1 or Alt+tab to stop the flickering.
