[Bug 483257] Re: Adding bookmarks through the keyboard shortcut doesn't add visual markers to the progress bar

I've just noticed that this bug entry was added to Ubuntu's launchpad,
when it would be better handled if it was added directly to KDE's bug
tracking system. Should I add a new bug report on KDE's bugzilla or does
launchpad handle this automatically?
