[Bug 303777] Re: Kubuntu 8.10 Update Notifier does not decrement when updates applied

Starting with Kubuntu 9.10 the update notifier does not actually do
update notification anymore. Those are now handled by kpackagkit.

Therefore I am now closing this report as wont fix. Thank you for your
time nonetheless :)
