[Bug 440944] [NEW] okular forgets toolbar settings when fullscreen is used

Binary package hint: kdegraphics

1. open a document in okular
2. make it fullscreen
3. open another document in a new okular window

4. see that it is opened with now toolbar or menubar

This is similar to bug #329337 but the circumstances are different.
