When KDE4 released, the panel was restructured. KMenu became Kickoff
Application Launcher, the default file browser is Dolphin instead of
Konqueror since Kubuntu 8.04 (Hardy Heron). Now, the home folder can be
opened by choosing Kickoff Application Launcher  → Computer → Home
folder.
