I submitted the bug, but I upgraded my computers to KDE 4.3.1, so I am
not able to test the bug anymore. If you want to reproduce the original
bug in a simple way, you can run the Kubuntu 9.04 live CD, and try to
use the Clrt+L shortcut. I don't know if the bug still exists if you
just install Kubuntu 9.04 and apply all the updates (without changing
the original sources.list).
