Thanks for your report and for taking the time to help make translations in Kubuntu better.
For the first item at least, there has been a corrected translation suggested: https://translations.edge.launchpad.net/ubuntu/karmic/+source/kdebase-runtime/+pots/kcmlocale/pt_BR/9/+translate
I'm subscribing André Gondim, who did the initial translation/review so that he can accept the corrected translations.

I don't know what the cause of the other bugs are, though. :(
