[Bug 442690] Re: kdeinit4 crashed with ValueError in add_section()

This a problem with the PyWeather third-party plasma applet.
Unfortunately we cannot offer any support or bugfixes for this applet as
it is developed completely separately from Kubuntu. You may wish to
bring this crash to the attention of the author at his kde-look page or
similar. The crash log is:
