[Bug 444557] [NEW] One-pixel white line under address bar with oxygen style

Currently there is a one-pixel bug under the URL bar in Arora while using the Oxygen style.
Upstream's fixed this with: http://github.com/Arora/arora/commit/0032e7fc9acfba437739e41fca1a29702777c853
As a bonus, the fix makes the progress meter of the bar have a nice gradient.

I've tested this patch all morning whilst using Launchpad and see no ill
effects.
