Good to know. Sessions are indeed a useful feature for a lot of people.

However, for me it would be best if it behaved the "intuitive" way by
default and allow for other behaviors through configuration.

I confess, though, that "intuitive" is a matter for (a long) discussion,
for which this is not the place.
