1.0.0 version does not pull in konqueror and dolphin anymore - it expect meta www-browser package, which is normally provided by your favorite web browser.
There are of course some KDE dependencies that are pulled in, but this is due to the fact that digikam is tightly integrated into KDE desktop technologies (kio, khtml, nepomuk, marble...)
