[Bug 449133] [NEW] Krunner should autocomplete filesystem heirarchy

Public bug reported:

When typing a filesystem path into the address bar in konqueror or
dolphin, the path autocompletes, and gives options when there are
multiple possible completions.

Krunner should do the same thing, at least for any command that begins
with a / or ~/, or even better, for any character sequence after a space
beginning with /.
