[Bug 449839] [NEW] I can't scan for new dvb-t channels. All buttons are disabled.

I have the following dvb-t card installed:

00:08.0 Multimedia video controller: Conexant Systems, Inc. CX23880/1/2/3 PCI Video and Audio Decoder (rev 05)
It used to work fine in jaunty. 
Now on karmic I can't scan for channels.

All buttons are disabled in the dialogue.
