[Bug 451414] [NEW] updated python-kde4 breaks other packages

Public bug reported:

after upgrading form 4:4.3.2-0ubuntu1 to 4:4.3.2-0ubuntu2 some apps don't work anymore (system-config-printer-kde, kpacagekit, ubuntu-bug ...)
"ImportError: No module named kdecore"
As it seems some files moved from "/usr/lib/python2.6/dist-packages/PyKDE4/" to "/usr/lib/pyshared/python2.6/PyKDE4/" and the mentioned apps still look in the old path for these files.

BTW - why is it no longer possible to easily file bugs in launchpad with
a browser (why is it necessary to add "?no-redirect") as with this bug
the now recommended way ("bug-report packagename") isn't working
