[Bug 456019] [NEW] kopete won't give webcam option for msn

i have a working webcam, it is detected and functioning in kopete's
settings. there is no available method to initiate nor accept a video
chat session when using the msn wl protocol. i have not tried other
protocols as i don't use them. any idea on a fix?
