Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: kpackagekit
Yesterday I got a notification that I had 109 updates from kpackagekit
that I left pending as a reminder to update. After installing all the
updates using apt, the notification persisted. It even persisted
through an observed update to it's package cache (See Bug #458375 for a
screenshot of that update in progress).
See the attached screenshot. Not the in the Konsole session in the
background, there are 0 updates pending.
