[Bug 151615] [NEW] Changing picture in Gwenview with scrollwheel doesn't work with svg-files

If you have multiple pictures in a folder and are viewing a svg or svgz file, you can't change picture with the scrollwheel on the mouse. You can change file the Page Up & Page Dn button on the keyboard, you can change 
picture with the arrowbuttons in the program but you can't change picture with the scrollwheel.
I've tested with gif, jpeg, pgm, png, tif & xcf files but this is only a problem with svg/svgz files.
