[Bug 459220] [NEW] KDE Login failed

You have been subscribed to a public bug:

Cannot load /usr/share/kde4/apps/kdm/faces/.default.face: No such file
or directory

This happens on login by kdm after changing the default "Oxygen" Theme
to any other e.g. "QT Curve"

After changing from Oxygen Theme to QT Curve , after the KDE Login you
will get an empty desktop without any windows, with only a blue or black
Desktop.
