Public bug reported:

A failures in my Kubuntu Karmic RC: 
1. The Progaram panel (beneath in the diplay) dont show anything, because it is covered by a mask.  A functionality seems to be okey but the opening window also is covered by a mask.
2.  You can open programs through widgets,. But also there is a problem: all opening program windows will be diplayed so that the functionality in the above part of window is covered by a mask.
