[Bug 461081] [NEW] KDE doesn't render SVG <symbol> elements

Binary package hint: kdebase
The attached file is a SVN from www.gliffy.com which renders fine in
Arora (so I guess the fault lies not in Qt) and Inkscape but is
displayed as empty in all KDE 4.3 apps. It doesn't draw the stencils
directly but refers to previously defined <symbol>s, my guess is that
kdelibs doesn't like this.
Please push this bug upstream (didn't find any in bko).
