Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: kdebase-runtime

After terminating a konsole (the only one running at this point) thte kde panel was not
correctly updated. It still contained the konsole. Clicking on the panel entry for the
konsole is just doing nothing. When i started a second konsole i had two konsole entries
in my kde-panel. See the attached screenshot for an example. The process explorer shows
that there is only one konsole running but there are two entries in the panel.
The only way to get rid of the entry was to restart KDE.
