Using Kubuntu 9.10 alpha RC, could you please provide the system log and
as many other details about your connection as described here?
http://userbase.kde.org/NetworkManagement#Reporting_Bugs (You won't have
to give distro version, though :P)

If you are not having this problem in Kubuntu 9.10, feel free to close
this bug.
