[Bug 463135] [NEW] kaffeine should suggest or recommend vdr

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: kaffeine

It seems kaffeine uses vdr to provide DVB-T playback, but the package
does not state this, currently apt suggests to remove vdr through "auto-
remove" as it is not referenced by any package any more, but doing so
breaks DVB-T playback in kaffeine so it seems this is used internally,
but not stated in the package.

Suggested action: state vdr as being used by kaffeine.
