[Bug 464773] [NEW] [qt4-qtconfig] the selected font and font size is regularly reset

Public bug reported:

When I change the default font and font size, it is set correctly. But
for example in Skype 2.1 beta  where there is no option of changing the
default font size (the font is really small). So I start qtconfig,
change the font size, start Skype and the font are still the default
one. I leave Skype running, change again the default font size in
qtconfig and the font is changed in Skype. I restart Skype and it is
again small and not the one i've already set. And that can be always
repeated.

And if you restart qtconfig, you can see that the font and in qtconfig
(after every restart of qtconfig) is the default one (Font: Sans Serif,
Font Size: 10).
