Hi,

this bug was tagged as duplicated and isn't, the
https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/354961 is related to 8.04 and won't fix
because the end of life of 8.04, furthermore the DpkgTerminalLog.txt on
that bug shows:

Setting up kubuntu-docs (8.04-3) ...
Using '/usr/share/ubuntu-artwork/home/kfirefox-index.html' to provide 'firefox-homepage'.
ln: `/usr/share/ubuntu-artwork/home/images': cannot overwrite directory

While this report shows:

Configurando kubuntu-docs (9.04.2) ...
ln: el destino, «/usr/share/doc/kde/HTML/en/kubuntu/», no es un directorio: No existe el fichero ó directorio

clearly different IMHO
