[Bug 424757] [NEW] [regression] kwin hangs after suspend/resume

to 4.3.1-0ubuntu1

kwin hangs after resuming from suspend-to-ram when compositioning is enabled.
After resuming and entering the password the kde panel is missing and windows do not respond to mouse and keyboard.
After killing kwin the kde panel is back there and windows respond again.

Curiously when resuming with a kwin started in a konsole session, all is
working fine so it's difficult to debug kwin.

With a downgraded kwin to v4.3.0-0ubuntu15 all is working fine again.
