[Bug 425017] [NEW] kaffeine should disable screen dimming while playing

Public bug reported:

While playing ideo with kaffeine, the screen starts to dim as expected
by the power deffinitions in KDE4. The expected behaior was that
kaffeine would oerride these deffinitions and keep the screen lit during
playback.
