[Bug 424312] Re: [FFe] [karmic] update to 0.9

I have updated the arora packaging and uploaded to my PPA. I have
attached a few of the files from building here as well.

This version fixes a few bugs, and also allows us to remove some patches
for things which have since been fixed upstream.

I have tested the application on various sites to ensure it works at
least as good as it previously did, and it does. It appears to be stable
and runs well in my tests.

Based on the bugs this update addresses, it is a worthwhile candidate
for a FFe.
