Also when trying to install KDE 4.3.1 packages on 9.04 (backports).
English error message:

dpkg: error processing /var/cache/apt/archives/kdebase-workspace-bin_4%3a4.3.1-0ubuntu1~jaunty1~ppa7_i386.deb (--unpack):
 trying to overwrite `/usr/lib/kconf_update_bin/plasma-add-shortcut-to-menu', which is also in package kde-window-manager

It can be worked around with something like:

sudo dpkg -i --force-overwrite /var/cache/apt/archives/kdebase-
workspace-bin_4%3a4.3.1-0ubuntu1~jaunty1~ppa7_i386.deb
