[Bug 430618] [NEW] Kiles Treewidget is not scrollable

Binary package hint: kile

Kile has a Treewidget on the left to show the structure of a document.
It doesn't, however, scroll horizontally. That's a pity because I only have a 12" screen with a 1024x786 resolution.

I expected the widget to be scrollable.
