[Bug 432105] [NEW] QFileDialog::getSaveFileName buggy in Qt 4.5.0

The QFileDialog::getSaveFileName function doesn't update the selectedFilter in Qt 4.5.0
This has been solved in next versions.
I know this isn't exactly an Ubuntu bug but since Qt 4.5.0 is the default version on Jaunty, it creates problems with my app
