[Bug 434170] [NEW] bogus download speed (too high)

Public bug reported:

ksysguard is reporting me a too high download speed.
the gnome system monitor is correct.

it seems ksysguard may be reporting double the actual download speed.
ksysguard goes up to 240kb/s while i have only a 1Mbit connect
(128kb/s).
