I'm using up-to-date KDE 4.3.1 (2009-09-22) from these repos:

deb http://ppa.launchpad.net/kubuntu-ppa/experimental/ubuntu jaunty main

deb http://ppa.launchpad.net/kubuntu-ppa/staging/ubuntu jaunty main

and the bug still persists!

Screenshots of artifacts (see the link above) are from KDevelop 3.9.91
(KDE 4.3.1).
