Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: amarok
Running Karmic alpha, since upgrading to the first released beta of
Amarok 2.2, Amarok crashes 100% of the time while generating dynamic
playlists. I initially downgraded to 2.1, but that version has since
been removed from the Karmic repositories. Amarok will generally not
crash while creating a dynamic playlist from a collection consisting of
a single album. However, when creating a dynamic playlist from my full
4,000+ song library on NFS, it will always crash when the status bar
says "Generating playlist: 97%"
I will attach the last section of output when running amarok with -d and
--nofork.
Should I report this upstream?
