[Bug 436020] [NEW] kde network-manager should make 3g dongles easier to connect

Binary package hint: plasma-widget-networkmanagement

N-M in kde asks for all the details of the 3g dongle as if it were a
phone.  Image below shows what I mean.

How many people know the number to their dongle not many I'm guessing.
