Binary package hint: kdebase-runtime

When attempting to apply available updates, KDE control module (software
updates) reports the following error:

A problem that we were not expecting has occurred.
Please report this bug with the error description.

Details:

Message did not receive a reply (timeout by message bus)

It's not clear to me what package is involved. I am using Ubuntu release
9.04.
