[Bug 684511] [NEW] kttsmgr - Missing Package in ubuntu 10.10

Binary package hint: kdeaccessibility

In previous version of Ubuntu, I successfully used kttsmgr as it is discuss in this article:

However, now, that package seem to be missing from the repository in
Ubuntu 10.10 Desktop 64bit edition.

For example, if I try to install kttsmgr, now, I get "Unable to locate
package kttsmgr"

sudo apt-get install kttsmgr

Is the removal of this package from the repository (in Ubuntu 10.10)
intentional?
