Binary package hint: jovie

The package "kttsdmgr" has been renamed "jovie" as of KDE 4.5.

Although jovie is packaged in the Ubuntu repository in Ubuntu 10.10,
after installation , no launcher is provided in the GNOME menu (normally
I'd expect it under Applications > Universal Access).
