[Bug 686018] [NEW] Artifacts when long text is placed in left-side toolbar

Public bug reported:

When a window has toolbar on the left (Qt.LeftToolBarArea) with wide text on it, toolbar gets colored vertical lines. This happens only when the window has big height (>=741 or me).
I attach simple 20-lines Python script that reproduces it and screenshot.

If someone has Qt Bugs account, please report it there, but I need to be
sure that not only I get this.
