"page 58 log sequence number 0 121947213 is in the future!" Looks like
there is a time inconsitency.  I suspect your problem is caused by the
NFS server not being in sync (now or in the past) with the local
computer. I recommend checking that the time on the NFS & local machines
matches and ensuring both computers are using NTP.  Then I would stop
akonadi, remove all its database files (assuming you don't have any
valuable data in them) and restart it to see if the error continues

akonadictl stop
rm -r ~/.local/share/akonadi/
rm -r ~/.config/akonadi/
akonadictl start
cat /home/jr/.local/share/akonadi/db_data/mysql.err
